作為智新書院的核心成果之一，「主動作為」(Be Agentic)使學生領導才能和學生意見成為智新書院學生體驗的核心。我們相信，作為「採取原則性行動」的一部分，學生不僅有潛力，而且有責任在本地和全球社群中領導自己和他人。

智新書院在所有階段都提供廣泛的領導培訓機會。這包括學生會、大使、學院領袖、運動隊隊長，以及我們的學生主導的身心健康、歸屬感和可持續發展領導團隊成員。
