With a core DC outcome, to Be Agentic, student leadership and student voice are at the heart of student experience at Discovery College. We believe that students have not only the potential, but the responsibility to lead themselves and others in the local and global community, as part of Taking Principled Action.

Opportunities for leadership training roles in school are extensive at all stages and phases at Discovery College. This includes The Student Council, Ambassadors, House Captains, Sports Team Captains, and members of our Student-led Wellbeing, Belonging and Sustainability Leadership Team.
