Leadership Team
Like all of the schools within the ESF family, Discovery College is led by some of the most talented and experienced educationalists to be found in any school in any part of the world. Our Principal and a team of Senior and Middle Leaders make sure that we are fulfilling the 5 DC Outcomes for every student, enabling them to flourish, take principled action, be agentic, achieve highly, and be internationally-minded.

The Discovery College Council plays an incredibly important role in the governance of the school. Made up of representatives from our parents, staff and the wider community, the Council makes sure that we prioritise the right things, spend our money wisely and recruit the right people.
